STANDARDS OF SERVICE:

Hospital is under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. This Hospital is 100 bedded ISO 9001:2015 certified AIR CONDITIONED hospital. This hospital provides secondary medical care to all the ESIC IPs and beneficiaries who come to the Hospital either referred by Dispensaries or directly to causality. 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Facilities to treat in patients and out patients are available 24x7 from 9 am to 4 pm through OPD Registration and round the clock through emergency / casualty Department.  

There are specialist doctors, qualified medical officers and paramedical staff.   Enquiry Counters exist in the O.P. Department.  Sign Boards and guidelines are fixed at strategic points for guidance. Dedicated may I help you desk with wheelchair stretchers are available at the hospital entrance

 

CASUALTY AND EMERGENCY SERVICES:

Causality Services are located accessible to all the patients from the main gate.  Causality and emergency services are available round the clock on all days and necessary sign boards are available for guidance 24x7 security personal are deployed for safety and guidance.

  

OUT PATIENT DEPARTMENTS:

After obtaining a referral from the Dispensary.

      9 a.m. TO 4 p.m.       

 Access through OPD Registration counters (3 no’s),

         AAA (Ask an appointment) - ESIC Health Connect

 

INDOOR TREATMENT:

For the needy patients as decided by the doctors.

          The Success of this Charter depends on the support we receive from our users.  Please try to appreciate the various constraints under which the hospital is functioning.  Please do not inconvenience other patients.  Please help us in keeping the hospitals and its surroundings neat and clean.  Please use the facilities of the hospital with care.

           The hospital is a non-smoking zone. Please provide useful feedback and constructive suggestions to the Medical Superintendent / Medical Officer of the respective hospitals.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
